Why can't I add certain tickets to my cart?

Tickets for optional tours cannot be purchased online between 3:30 pm and 5:00 pm. Also, tickets for pupils cannot be purchased during the holidays, as pupils benefit from free admission during school holidays.

Who can visit the Peleș National Museum free of charge?

The following categories are eligible to visit Peles National Museum free of charge:

  • Children under 7 years old;
  • Children under 18 during school holidays;
  • Pupils and students who are Romanian citizens outside the borders of the country, scholarship holders of the Romanian state;
  • Children up to 18 years of age who have special needs or disabilities, as well as for the person accompanying the disabled child;
  • Children up to the age of 18 who are subject to social protection measures;
  • Adults with serious or pronounced disabilities, as well as the person accompanying them;
  • Euro 26 cardholders, aged up to 30, every 26th day of every month, when it falls on a day when the institution is open to the public; if the 26th falls on a day when the institution is closed to the public, then the gratuity is granted on the immediately following working day of the month;
  • Pensioners from the museum network, holders of certificates/identifications for free access;
  • ICOM card holders;
  • The teaching staff accompanying a number of 20 student visitors, when visiting the basic exhibition of Peleș Castle and Pelișor Castle. For visiting the optional tours, for a number of 20 student visitors, an accompanying teacher benefits from a 75% discount on the rate for adult visitors;
  • Pensionarii, în data de 1 octombrie, atunci când se sărbătorește Ziua Internațională a Persoanelor Vârstnice;
  • Official delegations, as well as for other cultural delegations, within the limits of the museum's operating schedule;
  • Employees of the museum network, the Ministry of Culture and the decentralized services of the Ministry of Culture;
  • Employees of the National Research Institute in the Field of Conservation and Restoration;
  • Journalists;
  • Adults with moderate and mild disabilities benefit from a 75% discount on the adult rate for access to museums under the Ministry of Culture.

How can I request a refund for the online tickets?

If your tickets are eligible for a refund, you can request a refund by completing online ticket refund request form.

How can I receive the tax invoice for tickets ordered online?

To request the tax invoice for the order placed on tickete.peles.ro, complete the tax invoice request form. The tax invoice will be issued after the visit to the museum.

I received the email with my order, but the QR codes are not displayed.

This is usually because your email application blocks incoming images in messages. In this case, you can change the application settings to allow the display of images, or you can download the ticket or tickets in .pdf format by accessing the download link received in the email.

I completed the order, but all I received in my e-mail address is the payment confirmation. How can I get the tickets?

Most likely, when you placed the order, you entered the wrong email address. Please, contact us and send us the name under which you placed the order and the correct e-mail address so that we can resend your ticket.
